# EchoZero MCP Terms of Service

## Authorized Use

EchoZero MCP may be used only by authenticated users and approved AI assistant clients. Users are responsible for actions they authorize through the MCP server.

## Financial Actions

Trading, wallet, and strategy actions may affect assets or simulated balances. EchoZero MCP uses scope checks and confirmation flows for sensitive actions, but users should review assistant-generated requests before approval.

## Availability

The MCP server is provided as part of the EchoZero platform and may be updated, rate limited, or temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

## Prohibited Use

Do not use EchoZero MCP for unauthorized access, abuse, reverse engineering, market manipulation, or activity that violates applicable laws or EchoZero policies.
